1. No Return / Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are approved only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as each blouse is hand-prepared for you.

5. International Orders
